An Official BBQ Festival on the Neuse Event
May 5-May 6, 2017
Friday, May 5, 2017 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., & Saturday, May 6, 2017, 10:00 am to 6:00 p.m. —

The public may enjoy shopping inside the Ellis Buggy Building located at the corner of Herritage and Blount Streets, and outdoors beginning midway on W. Blount Street and continue on Herritage and Gordon Streets to Pearson Park. These locations are in the heart of the festival. This event offers a diverse array of art for sale including pottery, sculptures, paintings, textiles, decorative items and accessories, jewelry, etc. We are
looking forward to seeing our wonderful art and craft vendors.

Entry Information -- For Vendors:

Arts Market Vendor Application

Saturday, May 6, 6 pm
(No vehicles will be allowed on grounds until 6:30 pm.)

Vendor Set Up
Friday, May 5, 12 pm-4 pm
(Vendors will be assigned staggered setup times.)

Vendor Hours
Friday, May 5, 5 pm-10 pm
Saturday, May 6, 10 am-6 pm

Indoor Vendors — Ellis  Buggy Building (Corner of Herritage & Blount Streets) — Limited indoor space, so first-come, first-served

Outdoor Vendors — At mall bus stop and at one of the BBQ Festival on the Neuse entranceways at the Arts Center (Corner of Blount and N. Queen Streets; beginning midway on W. Blount Street and continuing on Herritage and Gordon Streets to Pearson Park).

*Limited one-day (Saturday only) outside booths are available. Call the Arts Center for details 252-527-2517.

Art & Craft Vendor Spaces
Friday evening and Saturday — $100/space for both days.
  • Electricity hook ups are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Electricity fee is $25 for one 20amp hookup. Vendors must provide their own heavy-duty extension cords and power strips.
  • Water is limited and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis for a fee of $10.  Vendors must provide their own own water.
  • Spaces are 10’ x 10’ and available indoors and outdoors; outdoor vendor spaces are in the proximity of the festival activities and within the designated Arts & Crafts area.

Go to the Vendor page on the BBQ Festival on the Neuse website www.bbqfestivalontheneuse.com/vendors , proceed with the following directions to complete your registration.

  1. Once on the Vendor page for the BBQ Festival on the Neuse website, select  APPLY ONLINE. You will be directed to fill in your contact information.
  2. At the bottom of the first page of this application, you will need to select type of vendor. Select ART AND HANDMADE CRAFT VENDOR. Complete the rest of the four-page application).
  3. At the end of the application, you will be asked to submit a photo of your setup. Please send your photograph to Jadail@kinstoncca.com .
  4. Once the application is completed, you will be asked to select the link  bbqfestivalontheneuse.com/vendors , which redirects you to the Vendor page on the BBQ Festival website.
  5. To submit your fee, select PAY NOW. Be sure to include the total amount of your booth, including water and electricity options which you selected on the application.
